Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-17
This policy explains how your data is handled when you use the website and tool at cleanailabel.com.
In short
- Your images are never uploaded; all processing happens in your browser.
- There are no accounts, sign-ups or forms; we don't ask for personal information.
- We don't store, sell or share your images, file names or metadata.
Your images
The images you select are processed only in the memory of the open browser tab. Images, file names and the metadata inside them (location, device details and so on) are not sent to our servers or to third parties.
Images are not written to persistent browser storage (cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, cache). When you clear the list or close the tab, the app releases its references to your files. Clean copies you download stay in your own device's downloads folder.
Data we collect
The site has no accounts, contact forms or newsletters, so we don't collect personal data from you directly.
The site is served by a static hosting provider ([STATIC HOSTING PROVIDER]). Like any website host, this provider may keep standard access logs — IP address, browser type, requested page and time — to keep the service secure and running. These logs do not contain your images, file names or metadata.
Cookies and visit statistics (Google Analytics)
To improve the site, we measure visits with Google Analytics 4 — but only if you allow it in the cookie banner. The Google tag file (gtag.js) is loaded from Google's servers on every page; like any web request, this lets Google see your IP address and browser details. If you don't consent, no measurement takes place, no Google Analytics cookie is set and no visit data is sent (Google's "consent mode", default: denied).
If you allow it, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, the referring site, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city) and session length, and uses cookies starting with _ga. Google Signals and ad personalisation are turned off. Your images, file names and metadata are never sent to Google Analytics, and our page addresses don't contain them either.
Your choice is stored only in your browser (under the key "cal-consent-v1"). You can change it at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer; when you withdraw consent, measurement stops and Google Analytics cookies are deleted. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Google Analytics data is processed by Google and may be stored on servers outside your country. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)
To keep the site free, some pages show Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, measure their performance and limit how often you see the same ad. Google's advertising cookies enable it to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. For how Google uses data, see Google's advertising policy. Where required (for example in the EU and UK), your consent is requested before such cookies are used.
The ad script is provided by a third party (Google). Our own application code never sends your images, file names or metadata anywhere, and never passes them to the ad system.
Third-party services
- Static hosting and content delivery: [STATIC HOSTING PROVIDER] — serves the site's files only.
- Fonts are served from the site itself; no requests are made to external font services such as Google Fonts.
Third-party services (visit statistics)
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): visit statistics, only with your consent.
Third-party services (advertising)
- Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): ad delivery and measurement.
Retention
Because we don't store images or metadata, there is no retention period for them. The hosting provider's access logs are kept for the period set out in that provider's own policy. If Google Analytics is used, event data is kept for the period configured in the Google Analytics account ([GA RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 2 months]).
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Article 11) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, and to ask for correction, deletion or to object.
How to submit a request: [REQUEST CHANNEL — to be set before launch].
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be published on this page and the date at the top will be updated.
